Lela Fausze, MS, RDN, LDN, is a passionate leader at the intersection of nutrition, sustainability, and food systems. As Vice President of Trust Partnerships at Midwest Dairy, she drives strategy across 10 states to showcase dairy’s role in nourishing people and the planet. With a master’s degree in nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Lela’s career spans clinical care, academia, professional athletics, foodservice, and community health.

Formerly as a SNAP-Ed Program Manager, she led a team of community nutrition educators, forging partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and public health agencies to expand access to healthy, affordable food and tackle food insecurity head-on. Today, she brings that same energy to build trust in food systems, empowering thought leaders, and inspiring action toward a sustainable, equitable future.
