Sarah Kuechle and her husband, Perry, are part of the family operation at Kuechle Dairy LLC, where they milk approximately 220 Holsteins using both a double-12 herringbone parlor and three robotic milking machines. The family raises its own calves, finishes steers on site, and farms approximately 1,000 acres while also providing custom harvesting services to area farmers.

Sarah and Perry have four children and two grandchildren and live just three miles from the dairy, where they custom raise the dairy’s heifers. Their youngest son is actively involved in the dairy and hopes to become the third generation to own the operation.

A member of the Midwest Dairy Minnesota Division Board since 2017 and the Corporate Board since 2020, Sarah currently serves as Secretary of the Minnesota Dairy Promotion Council and as a board member of the United Dairy Industry Association and the Minnesota Ag in the Classroom Foundation. She has also held leadership roles on the Eden Valley-Watkins School Board and Assumption Church Parish Council and remains active in supporting local 4-H and FFA programs.
